Getting the opening right

  • Works with you and your team to set the scene for the hotel’s pre-opening plan, routes to market, timelines and resources needed. Prior to committing to substantial property investment, a market analysis will provide you with an objective overview and financial projections, providing the project with a cost-effective way to assess commercial return on the investment.

  • Assesses the current situation, competitor picture and market data to formulate the pathway to opening and into a trading cycle.
